Similar image to one I previously posted. This one I actually edited.

Tried to separate the Joshua tree from the mountain without looking un-natural. Not sure if I was completely successful.

I mainly played with color zones module in DT to try and give extra separation of the background.

GIMP. I have tried to increase separation by using a mask based on saturation to lighten the background. However I don’t think the result is satisfactory.
