Keyboard shortcuts don't work after escaping from mask name field

ART 1.19.3, Windows 11, filed as issue #293

After naming a mask layer, if I press Esc to unfocus the mask name entry field, the ‘F’ (full screen) and ‘Z’ (zoom 100%) shortcut keys do nothing. On the other hand, if I click another control or switch to the File Browser and back to the Editor, the shortcuts work as expected. I’ve not tried to exhaustively determine exactly which actions cause or avoid the issue, but pressing Esc after entering a layer name leaves the shortcuts non-op. If I don’t move focus off the layer name field, shortcuts keys are interpreted as a part of the layer name.

Thanks for the report! There’s no need to file this twice though, the bitbucket issue tracker is enough.
