What do you think about a panoramic approach? I do not really like the foreground, so i tried to eliminate it as much as possible. Unfortunately the tree to the left is pretty blurry but without the tree the photo does not work for me.

Split complementary colours, just about. Didn’t want to rotate the sky toward purple

I personally would have left the ND filter at home. I like sharp foregrounds in landscapes. Thanks for the Playraw.

A very beautiful, already autumnal scene.

I edited it using darktable and the nightly build 5.7.0.434 and resized it to a 2:1 aspect ratio.

Not sure about your use of ND filter, open diaphragm and 1/4th of a sec. But probably not for extra sharpness or contrast. So I blurred a lot more… got a bit painterly look.
