Location of Darktable database in flatpak

I was testing the flatpak version of Darktable and accidently had import reclusive enabled and clicked on the top folder of my photo HDD. Now I have about 10,000 photos in the app which I do not need. How do I get rid of them and start over?

Config in the flatpak is at ~/.var/app/org.darktable.Darktable/darktable

Select all the images, then click remove

could help.
