I inadvertently hit close this window and I don’t know how to get it back. Anyone ?
I think you go here, click Tool Options.
The tab may show up somewhere else on your screen but you can then drag it into place.
I’m no GIMP expert but hope this helps!
Thankyou I’ll remember that. I solved the problem by uninstalling and reinstalling GIMP. I will try your option if I goof again LOL.

Glad you got it sorted either way!
No need to reinstall Gimp, there are buttons in the Preferences dialog to reset the UI.
