lua scripts install MacOS

I am working on the lua parts in darktables documentation. Could someone with MacOS confirm whether it is possible to install the lua scripts using the GUI? Or would one have to git clone as described in the lua docs? @MStraeten maybe ?

I have an “install/update scripts” menu item, and at first glance this seems to work (some of the files in the lua folder have date/time set to just now, after using that option).

Could you confirm you actually get the installed scripts in the scripts-module - like so? May require a restart of dt.
