I’m sure many have this same problem. I have many LUT files to use in darktable but I cannot find a way to view an image showing how it would look using various files at once to cpmpare. You can only view one image with one LUT file at a time. Is there any way that you can view your selected image and then also show how that image will look with applying the various LUT files? I have found some previewers that do this, but was wondering if there might be a plugin or way to view multiple images while in darktable.
Thank you
you can take several snapshots using several LUTs … but there’s no LUT preview in darktable
There’s a style preview feature, but that requires creating a style for each LUT.
Thank you,but that sounds like extra work now.
I just discovered that after reading your answer. This is a nice feature, but for some the preview might be too small. I wonder if it is practical to make the preview significantly larger or even better to have the on screen image change to the preview view? I presume the computer’s calculations to generate a full size preview would make this impractical.
