Maintaing sub-folder structure

My drone very kindly organizes files into these folders
Bracketing
Burst
DNG (for JPEG+RAW)
Panorama
Video

within these folders are sub-folders eg
Bracketing/1007042/ and then the (3 or 5) bracketed files - only
Bracketing/1007043/ and then the (3 or 5) bracketed files - only

I find this extremely useful

However it does NOT create (YYYY/MM/DD) like RPD does, also the file names and sub folder names are a just numbers. Is it possible this softwares can create the date folder structure AND also rename the files but leave the files in the folders above ?

so RPD will create
yyyy/mm/dd
rename all files using my naming convention
but leave all files in the folders mentioned above ?

No, but you could write a script to do this yourself. Use ExifTool, Exiv2, or even Rapid Photo Downloader to do the renaming tasks you need, and your script to handle the rest, which in this case is replicating a certain file structure the device creates.
