Mixing vertical and horizontal orientation frames

When using my GTi tracker mount the sometimes the camera orientation changes from vertical to horizontal. And the calibration frames are horizontal as well. Siril used with the standard stacking script seems not to be affected. Is that correct? Or should all frames be oriented the same way?

All frames should be oriented the same way.

Siril doesn’t care about orientation. This is just an exif data.
