Anyone encounter this? I have no interest in ARGs: do you? But I certainly wouldn’t want Mozilla to install an add-on without my consent.

Remeber when Google bundled the exe for google assistant into Chromium? And it tried to run itself on Debian?
It didn’t affect me but it would have been better if they asked nicely, indicated what it was about for those who didn’t know what Mr Robot was or what ARGs were, and let the user decide whether to install it.
PS Also, would this add-on uninstall itself if it stayed disabled for an arbitrary period of time? Or would it stay there with all the accumulated add-on and settings junk?
