I was searching for something Nikon specific and ran into this by chance, started reading and thought that it might be something worth sharing.
Nikon has a History section on their website that is split into 3 categories:
- Thousand One Nights - Stories about Nikkor lenses. Successes, example images, some initial failures, explanations, etc. All a bit more in-depth and worth the read if you like (Nikkor) lenses.
- Camera Chronicle - Set up roughly similar to the previous one. I personally found this one a bit less interesting, but tastes do differ.
- Our Product History - This one is part of the History trio, so I’ll include it. An overview of all Nikon’s products that you can burrow into. No nice stories, just cold facts.
I really liked the first one and will be coming back to it every so often to read another story about one of their lenses.
