Hi,
I can’t understand why it seems that the lens correction profiles are missing for the Nikon Z50 II
Standing to Lensfun page, it seems that both camera and the lens I’m using are supported:

Try to look at the image information e.g. in darkroom to see the model:
Is it a lens for crop sensors? Because the lens profile you took a screenshot from says 1,531.
Anyway, that will be enough for the lens profile to mismatch.
Yes, the lens is a DX-type = 1.5x crop, as is the Z50 II
Ah, my bad. Thought the camera was full frame.
Well, one solution is to share an affected raw file. Should be easy to check.
What OS? What version of dt? self compiled? did you update your local lens fun database?
Z 50 II was added in November 2024. Is it in the local Lensfun library? mil-nikon.xml
Bingo! I’m running Darktable 5.2 on Linux Mint 22.1.
I’ve installed liblensfun-bin, and after lensfun-update-data I finally see the lens correction working.
It was not clear to me that I had to manually update the lensfun db.
if you self compiled, then yes. Its in the readme in GitHub.
Even if you run w/ a shared, system lensfun. And Linux Mint (i.e. Ubuntu LTS) is shipping notoriously outdated packages…
