Is there a reason that there is no reject icon in the bottom panel for rejecting a image. For filtering there is a icon to filter on rejected images.
Good question, I’m not sure there is a reason except it has been done this way long time ago 
Probably because things have been updated/improved on all parts but not on that part. As simple as that.
I even wonder if bottom toolbar is really useful for star icons. I always set them directly on thumbnails and/or with shortcuts…

Likewise, I have never used those buttons on the bottom bar.
I also use the shortcut keys for that. But I was just wondering why there is a button for all ratings except the reject rating.
