No "update preset" option after alterations when preset is auto-applied

Just a small inconsistancy.

If I make a slight tweak to a preset that has been applied automatically when an image is first opened for editing (Darktable 4.2.0), I do not get the “update preset xxxx” option at the bottom of the presets menu. If I manually apply the preset, make the tweaks/changes, then I do get this handy option.
