Old Canon G1 - CRW problem

Hello,

I’m a rawtherapee (v. 5.8) newbie. After I loaded some old G1 *.crw from 2002 from the preview with double click into the editor, I see the preview image in black and the image in the editor dominant blue. See attachments. Why is that?

Operating system?
From where did you obtain your RawTherapee?

I fetched an old G1 .crw from raw.pixls.us

  • RawTherapee does not open it properly (predominantely blue as in your case).
  • ART bombs when I try to open it. ping @agriggio
  • darktable, however, opens it OK.

from http://rawtherapee.com/ and I am using Manjaro and (here) Win10-64 Bit.

Darktable works here - I know.

It’s definitely not working properly, and hasn’t been working properly as early as RawTherapee version 5.6.
