I can’t get Partha’s Gimp-2.9.5-std-64bit-portable (Win10) to work with:
Resynthesizer_v1.0-i686.zip
gmic_gimp_qt_win64.exe
I get errors when Gimp starts, and the healing filter doesn’t work.
I downloaded Gimp-2.9.5 from here: https://www.partha.com/
All works fine with Gimp 2.8.22 but I can’t get it to work with Gimp 2.9.5.
Any ideas?
It would help if you let us know the errors that you are getting.
The G’MIC plugin in @partha’s newest package should work; at least, it works fine on my computer.
As for Resynthesizer, I suggest you contact the maintainer and/or submit a bug report.

Is there a Resynthesizer for Gimp 2.9.5?
Or should the one that works with Gimp 2.8.22 also work with Gimp 2.9.5?
I still have these errors when starting Gimp 2.9.5:
The errors were cause by plugins in the plugin folder
that should not be there, so problem solved! 
Now I need to figure out how to run Resynthesizer_v1.0-i686 in Gimp 2.9.5.

You need the two files from the 64bit folder and these go in your Gimp profile, C:\Users\your-name\AppData\Roaming\GIMP\2.9\plug-ins, example:
The original python files should work but might generate ‘deprecated’ messages. If you need an updated heal-selection.py I posted one here: Plug-in: plugin-heal-selection.py
This combined screenshot: resyth still in Filters → Map and heal-selection in Filters → Enhance.
Now the Clone Tool and the Healing Tool don’t work (Gimp 2.9.5).
I wonder if something is preventing them from working since I have seen them working before with this version.
I tried the Ink Tool and it works.
It all works fine using Gimp 2.8.22.
The problem with the Clone Tool and the Healing Tool was the Brush type!
