Partially translated language files

I made partially translated language files (Czech, Polish, Russian, Serbian, Slovenian, Swedish) for ART taken from RT 5.10 in following link. These translations only cover about 50% of the text.

I would appreciate it if someone who understands these languages could take over the work.
It is needed to sign up to bitbucket.org, if you would like to contribute the translation.

I suggest that potential translators of these new language files use an AI machine, that speeds up translations a lot.

Of course the produced AI strings should be carefully checked for accuracy and readability.

Also the translations taken from RT should be reviewed, as there are some differences.
