I took this at Narooma. I think the movement works very well with the shapes, but I’m not sure that the way I’ve processed it is perfect… want to try?

Edit: I think I like this crop more actually…

That was good timing! My finger was hovering over the power button…
I like it. Very different mood from mine, and great.

Wow, this picture is a feast of light! Here is an interpretation that makes the birds and the grasses the main subject.

Actually I prefer the first one. There’s more room for the pelicans to swim “into” there. It’s less static IMO.
Very nice!

That’s very interesting… you’ve somehow removed part of the motion blur. I wonder how you made this version, i.e. what filter or effect?
Another method of processing in GIMP - image correction in the LAB space

Could be something like this. The idea is similar to USM.

Nice shot, looks like a pencil drawing.
Just to show the experiment, before (Gimp e Rawtherapee):
after with GIM-ML (deblure) and a little more (
Gimp3-ML and Gimp 2.99.14 on Linux - #4 by FAb7D)
.
Pelicans in movement - #6 by Zbyma72age it looks much better, especially the ripples in the water.
Similar to above by changing the file a bit before and after GIM-ML

This is a true piece of art - very much because of the motion blur!
