[Play Raw] cumulus beach

New babe on the block, nikon d7000, a nice hand over from ma, who wants a lighter camera.
It goes to son, who’s showing interest in photography.
While teaching him, I took this one, not as sharper as I expected. I may have messed the focus, or it’s just the kit lens, still not sure. I’d say it’s the lens, given the focal length and aperture settings, but who knows.
As a side note, I just added the play raw header to the title because of the 15 char title limit.

Maybe the unsharpness is coming from the lens being used at the minimal focal, but that’s just a speculation without knowledge about that lens.

I tried to concentrate on the clouds and also to keep the somewhat gloomy atmosphere by the rain clouds in the background.

Nice job for the tone equalizer in Darktable 3. Also played with the saturation a bit and masked out most of the clouds for that.
