During a recent trip to interior Maharashtra state of India, I came across this shade in a farm. I was intrigued by the angle of one of the doors. Looked spooky to me. So processed it to give a grungy, Tales From The Crypt kind of look. Original one is quite colourful (as is usually the case in India). Will be interested to see other interpretations of this image. Besides, I thought this gives a nice alternate to the usual architectural images of famous structures!

Yes, intriguing. The units are different sizes too, perhaps in line with how much one can afford. Very different from the more standardized North America. Fortunately, I don’t live in a neighbourhood where every property is exactly the same. I would get lost!

Nice picture, had fun playing with it.
