Playing around with RT Local Lab

I finally got around playing some more with the Local Lab branch and it opens up a lot of possibilities. Here’s a shot I wanted to show which I separated into three zones. The foreground, which got a cooler white balance, the city which got a lot of contrast added using a curves etc., and the sky.
I am quite happy with the result and wanted to show it here. I used only rectangular spots with a very high scope, so basically a geometrical selection.

Very nice! I’d assume the SOOC or non-locallab version looks like a contrasty mess?

Yes, but actually I normalized the global contrast using the grad filter and some curves.
The Local Lab just made the front front cooler and added contrast to the front and the city.

I have added the same processing without the Local Lab to the original post, so that you can directly compare them.
