When exporting an image to PNG with Gimp, there is the option to record a comment.
This comment is included in the image information.
Where and how can I enter something in this comment?

I just looked at the GIMP documentation, interesting, other formats let you write a comment in the export dialog, but the PNG dialog doesn’t. However, what it does is to pull the value from the Image Properties dialog, in which there is a “Comment” tab where you can edit the value. A bit inconsistent, but that seems to be the way…
This image comment is also the one used to pre-fill the comment field for JPEG, so there is some consistency. And since you can set the comment in the image template, all the images that you create can have a default comment (Copyright, licence, etc…).
