When using free hand crop on vertical images the right hand margin is not being applied. This only appears to be happening on vertical files not horizontal shots and only in freehand. Is it just me or is there a bug in +430 insider program?

I reproduced. Checking to see if it’s fixed in master on windows.
EDIT: Master is broken on windows but works fine on linux. 5.3.0-357 works on windows. There was a change to the crop module, so that’s the likely suspect.
