Problems with Film profiles

I love the way RawTherapee handles film. My workflow was to load the raw scan, crop, open bundled profiles, click black and white film then click film curves medium iso. The results were superb. Now however the first profile turns off the crop and the film curves reverts it back to it’s negative state. Can anyone help me sort this out. I am not averse to downloading some new profiles as I have recently ditched Adobe and RT & Gimp are my processing tools. Any help would be gratefully recieved

The upcoming 5.12 version, which is release candidate 2 presently, includes some fixes for application of partial profiles. I would recommend testing it to see if that solves your issue.

Thanks  Is it available for Mac?

EDIT: just found and read the thread. Time to give it a go

Working on the Mac release. Should be ready soon™️.

Excellent. I will watch this space

I believe, this problem is partly on your side … as the button in my screenshot has a toggle function and the text describes the differences between both settings

Oh, that’s interesting. I will investigate that, thanks

That button fooled me for years because I didn’t know that it toggled, duh.

Well, it changes its icon to show the different state.

Well, I never clicked on it, so I wouldn’t have known that.

That is why I tell it every now and then … and you might have clicked it at some point of time w/o knowing and realizing it …

I fold.

Can I just say, you’re a superstar. It is back to being magnificent  thank you
