Putting an unusual lens combination to work

I was out to catch this guy who I know lives in the park where I walk my dog. My very extreme tele is limited to a 55-300mm with a 1.4x converter

But then, on the way back…(I usually pick up the camera with a single lens when I’m walking the dog, it gets tedious to schlepp the whole bag around)

All three shots are nice, but I really like the shot of the Blauwe Druifjes.

Yeah, that’s the Dutch name. Muscari botryoides, I’m not entirely sure what the English name is (Grape Hyacinth?)
