Exiv2 would appreciate a volunteer python engineer to maintain and develop our test harness. This job is about developing the test framework, you’re not being asked to test.
Our C++ contributors add tests to the suite to ensure fixes do not regress. The C++ contributors also develop tests for new features.
The Test Suite Framework has 3200 lines of python and 20 pages of documentation. It has the potential to be a very useful test suite and could be used by other projects in addition to Exiv2. Additionally, we’d like to take advantage of the test images on raw.pixls.us and testimages.pixls.us to add depth to our test coverage.
