The Crop tool shows correctly and the output image is correct but the thumbnail crop outline in the queue isn’t in the correct position:
Cosmetic issue only, functionally it’s OK. I can provide raw and / or sidecar if needed.

[ EDIT ] – FYI, I’ve processed a number of cropped images and this is the first time this has happened, so maybe it’s specific to some image / processing detail? Even if so it shouldn’t happen. I’ll go ahead and attach the the files now.
