Sorry, the software I use is Darktable. I don’t know how to get similar results in RT.
No worries at all, @dqpcoxeas. I think I may download DT and see if I can suss out how it might translate, if at all, to RT. I’m no colour theory wonk, so this might take awhile 
BTW, if you shoot film, your look puts me in mind of the look from Lomography’s Metropolis, i.e., desaturated colours, high(ish) contrasts, and described by some as ‘metallic’.
