Does exist the possibility of editing Raw files on layers, and every single layer can use their own color space independent of all, if you want to use a reference image, tiff, jpg, PNG layer upon or in the back, it can be possible?.

Layered editing is not possible in RawTherapee, not in the sense that you expect. There is the Local Adjustments tool that you can also use to stack modifications on top of each other and even apply them on the whole image.
Also, color space independent layers make no sense at all… What do you mean by that?
Basically I wan to create a photo reveal method, using original colorimetric files as a reference. But in this case perceptual adjustments in the reveal process not after photo reveal.
