Raw Pedia Book question

I have been using the RawPedia Book dated 10/4/2020. (I have not read all of it!) I have invested some time highlighting various sections, adding some annotations, etc.

Looking at the Rawtherapee site, I see that the latest version of Raw Pedia Book is dated from 10/25/2020. I was surprised that this is the latest version, given all the changes in Rawtherapee over the last five years.

My questions are:

  • Will a newer version be forthcoming soon?
  • Am I wasting my time continuing with the version I currently have (10/4/2020), or should I just stick with it until a newer version than 10/25/2020 is released?
  • Aside from watching Andy Astbury’s excellent videos, is there a better way to learn more about the complexities of this software and how to get the best out of my images?

I think the plugin for mediawiki that made the PDF broke at some point, hence the older version.

We are (slowly) working on moving the documentation to a new site, and after that we can concentrate on the book, of indeed we want to reproduce it.
