Tried installing Rawtherapee 5.11 under OSX. It worked for a while and then exited almost immediately upon launching. Installed 5.10, which worked correctly. Had installed Darktable , which worked for a while and then refused to read dng files. Just want to convert DNG files to TIFF to manipulate in Gimp.
That’s it.
Seems like you have some issue with your system; working software should not suddenly stop working.
What version of macOS are you using? Are there any error messages? Can you start the app from the terminal and paste the output here?

You need to get inside the app, there should be a bin folder that has the executables.
Actually, you need to name the app RawTherapee.app as it is something different according to the report.
Rawtherapee seems to work now. Darktable also works but can only use file open rather than just dropping the file in.
