RawTherapee 5.13 is officially released! Head over to the download page to see what’s new and download.
A big thank you to @Lawrence37 , @jdc and all the other developers involved in producing this release. The new features all add up to make this a great piece of software.
Another thanks to all involved.
RawTherapee is a joy to use.
My favourite new feature is the presharpening denoise in the capture sharpening module.
Congratulations to the developers for yet another successful release of this outstanding software. Special thanks to everyone involved to keep it going. It was also kind of fun to see one of my suggestions come to fruition as a feature in this release.
Cool… Yes thanks to all involved especially @Lawrence37 and @jdc who put in a huge shift to get this new version out there. Much appreciated. Merci, thank you, danke and bedankt (and all other thank yous in various languages).
omg you guys rock! this made my day!
Wow! Great new feature set. Thanks.
I’m sorry but had to revert back to 5.12. On Mini M4 with Tahoe 26.6.1 5.13 is noticebly slower and if i select the queue tab it fails to load all the photo’s and i get the spinning wheel and Rawtherapee hangs forever. Just a regular user and downloaded the dmg from the site.
What is happening slower? Did you get a crash report when you stopped the program after it was hanging? Did you try deleting the RawTherapee cache container? does it happen with a specific image? What files were queued?
Hi, if i am in the editor and going forward or backwards through the picture row, the loading is almost twice as slow (ricoh dng files). If i kill the program i get no crash report message. I did not delete the cache container, the images are new. After placing a selection in the queue and selecting the queue tab, some images appear, or only an empty outline of the thumbnail, but this s not always the same. After a restart of rawtherapee i see sometimes all the images in the queue but always get the spinning beachbal
