RawTherapee 5.7 can't read rating from xmp

Hi All,
I see RawTherapee v5.7 new feuture:
“Support for reading “rating” tags from Exif and XMP, shown in the File Browser/Filmstrip using RawTherapee’s star rating system.”

I can see the rating from Exif of jpg file in RawTherapee 5.7 (on Windows 10).
But I can not see the rating from XMP sidecar file.
Does there anything I need to setting?

Sidecar files are not supported.

If RawTherapee 5.7 didn’t support *.xmp sidecar file. How to read rating from xmp?

@Kelvin_Wu it reads embedded XMP and Exif metadata.

Look like I can’t rating raw file in digikam then read the rating in RawTherapee.
