Just an idea as I haven’t seen a RawPedia Book in forever.
RawTherapee Manual spans 450 pages, a print-ready PDF conversion of rawpedia.pixls.us (not the old mediawiki).
The spaghetti-coded script takes several formatting passes over the site, and adds some print-specific features like paginated Table of Contents and an extensive technical term index in the back (which is pretty slow to render on-screen) with working hyperlinks. English language.
The cheapest quote I found for a single perfect-bound 8x10 trade paperback of this was about $100 via Blurb.

It seems to do better building locally, especially inserting pages at the end to ensure the number of inside pages is a multiple of 4 (to complete the final signature). It has still a few missing images, but it’s an idea.
