I would like to propose such a feature to add a text note to edits, saved in the pp3 files. The diversity of modules create many paths a photographer can take to achieve a certain result. Looking back on some of my old shots, it takes me a while to browse through the enabled modules to figure out what I was thinking at the time. For most experienced photographers/editors it is not an issue to start from scratch and reproduce the look, certainly. But I believe the feature would have merit for longer term storage.
I currently save text notes with my pictures to document some little things such as what lens was used (old lenses with no metadata), the suggested tint setting for the lens, etc.
