Re-edit text on Gimp

Hello,

Is it possible on Gimp to edit the text again, once it’s saved and reopened the text file?

and how to do it?

I’m struggling wit this issue, can you give support?

Yes. If you have saved the “original”
with all your layers intact as an .xcf.

@Samyueru I would just add that once you transform the text by rotation or any other means it can not be edited unless you allow the transformation to be undone.
