Read/Write error (Natron 2.3.15)

Hello to all. I came from Sony Movie Studio and I’m giving the step to go further with effects.
After install the Natron 2.3.15 in Windows and Debian I get the same error in both: I cannot open or write (render?) a video. The error say that no plugin capable of encoding mp4 was found. (if I want to render). I install Natron 2.3.15 RC22 after make my research because some page mention a bug but not solution at all.
I’m missing something important in order to go inside the Natron environment?

i think you should only work with image sequence in natron. you should read and write image sequence. video is problematic in natron.

My first attempt was on:
Windows 7 x64
debian-10.3.0-i386-xfce-CD-1

I get Natron from NATRON

I found this solution for the Windows 7 and works perfect in my case:

Natron-2.3.15-Win7-quickfix1.zip (3.2 MB) Completely untested as I don’t have Windows 7 available anymore, but I did use the same patch as last time, so it should work (in theory ). Remember to clear the plugin cache in Natron or else the IO plugins might not load. Also remember to set your locale accordingly, and as a final note: this is unofficial and unsupported.

I’m very enthusiast starting putting my hands on Natron! Thanks to all the developers that work on it!
