Recommend Visual Analysis of Severance

Highly recommend Thomas Flight’s spoiler-free vid on the cinematography and design of the excellent show Severance.

The visuals were inspired by Lars Tunbjork’s photobook of 90s office spaces and one of the characters in the show even repeatedly uses a rebranded Leica M6.

I am watching it right now… Will watch this after I am done… “Spoiler free” :eyes: I can’t take that risk. Thanks for sharing.

The set design and cinematography is fantastic.

Yeah, with you. Panicked clicking away from headlines that hint at some plot line in a movie or tv series you haven’t managed to watch yet.

I once watched the whole of a series finale of a show first by accident (while scratching my head over the ‘radical lack of exposition’) and had to wait like a year until I’d half forgotten the details to watch the show again from the start.

NICE lol. This is a winning strategy

If you have watched the first half (roughly) of season 1, there are no plot spoilers or vibe spoilers. If you have only watched an episode or two, and do not want to be influenced in your interpretation, wait a little bit.

Already soundly into season 2, will probably finish it in the next day or two, depending on how much playoff hockey I watch.

For those who understand French, a cut from a TV show where the fashion specialist explains how they made timeless clothing.
