Hi, I have a feature request.
For my use case (and for other reasons I won’t get into) I have a bunch of field rotation between my channels. I’m running RGB with no lum.
After RGB composing my image, i notice that there is field rotation between the channels. I believe this is a missing feature in siril. I have two suggestions to fix this.
- implement field rotation compensation in RGB composting.
this would be the simplest way. the docs say that the RGB composition step does not deal with rotation or registration between channels. using full blown registration here may just fix it.
- the UI and calls to register need a reference image parameter.
the sequences in siril are a nice feature, but unless i’m missing a way to insert a ref into a sequence for registration and them remove it for stacking I think this could go a long way
on this like i would like to be able to call register
thats it! thanks for reading and making this. Love it.
