Registration artefact ?

I tried the new global alignment registration algorithm in Siril 1.0.3, and I notice when looking at my images that squares appear on some registered images.
Are theses squares normal and have their any impact on the stacking process?
The first picture shows the pre processed frame:

The following picture shows the registered frame of the previous picture.

This artifacts come when you don’t have a lot of signal.
A workaround is to use the nearest neighbor algorithm for interpolation.
