Hello, I have pictures taken free-form of documents and posters that are not square because I couldn’t take them head-on. I read the instructions for using the perspective functions and I can mark the corners that I want to reshape to a rectangle, but I can’t make the image alteration happen. Looking for help. I did try this once weeks ago and it worked, but I don’t remember how I did it. I did my best to read the help files. Thanks in advance!
Click the bottom right button on that panel.

I use this feature a lot. It works great. After positioning the four corners click on the far right icon on the fit line. Also don’t forget there is a great user guide online that tells you about each module. darktable 4.6 user manual - rotate and perspective
Thanks! I read the online documentation and still got lost. I was pressing the operator widgets out of order. Pictorials always help. Also I changed the color theme to make everything easier to read.
