You are absolutely right! Great crop, BTW – I like wide aspect ratios, forgot to try them on this one.
I have a Spider Pro belt holster for my camera, and a weird hat to protect my head from the Sun. I should have made a selfie wearing those, with this scene as the backdrop.

Simple edit on DT4.9. I used the shadow and highlights module with the shadows slider set to -50 to darken the foreground.
