Thank you for sharing this - it’s a beautiful capture, but also a challenge.
It’s almost 21:00 here, I have a variety of electrical lights on, and even disabling night colours on my monitor, I cannot trust my eyes. However I have had some success profiling in daylight my D7200, and I took a gamble that your D7000 would be similar for this capture.
Very high ISO, and I will at some future stage use some of the techniques shared by another user (@jscfos) on one of my play_raws: https://discuss.pixls.us/t/rescue-of-extreme-iso-capture/45315/80. For now, a quick attempt:
