is there a repository where i can find the latest version of RT for Mac OS Catalina 10.15.7 ?

All downloads are accessible from RawTherapee - Downloads. Because the last update to Catalina was in mid 2022, the latest RawTherapee guaranteed to support Catalina is 5.8.
