RT 5.9 Appimage

(1) There are two Saturation sliders in RT : #1 in the Exposure filter and #2 in the Color toning filter

I often get a feeling that the slider in the Color toning filter is more sensitive (or stronger)
than the one in the Exposure filter. Is that really so, or is it just my eyes?

I know that the Color toning sliders work on the masks applied, but here I am comparing the effect on full image (ie fully masked). And I am only referring to the Saturation slider – not the other ones like Slope, Offset and Power.

(2) Is there a reliable PPA for RT 5.9 for Ubuntu?

there is a nightly dev build, but not sure if there is a PPA involved
