In RT5.5 my output profile was RTv2_sRGB, now in RT5.6RC2, the output colour profile is RTv4_sRGB.
In the drop drop, there’s both.
What’s the difference? Is this something to fret about or I’m making a mountain out of a mole hill?

To keep it simple, those are the version numbers of the ICC standard. See: http://www.color.org/v4spec.xalter. There is a lot more that can be said about how the profiles were made (it has been addressed in this forum; do a search if you are interested) but for most people it won’t matter. I suggest that you use v4.
