run developer artifacts on macos

if I download the “win64-native” from “Artifacts · FA / Siril · GitLab” to Windows-PC all works fine.

But if I download the “macos: [arm64]” as “macos___arm64_-master.zip” from artifacts
to MacOS Sonoma 14.7 and unpack the file to
Siril-1.4.0-beta1+13652_arm64.dmg → Siril.app
then I get the Error Message
“Siril.app is damaged and can’t be opened. You should move it to the Trash.”

I disabled the MacOS Gatekeeper with

% sudo spctl --master-disable

What am I doing wrong?

You have to follow what it is written in the dmg

The Finder window was so small that I couldn’t see the text

xattr -r -d com.apple.quarantine Siril.app

now Siril runs great on macos
