Seahorse brown/red color disappears

Care to elaborate more on the DCP profile? what is it? how it works? thanks

They are camera’s profiles but they are supported only by Rawtherapee and ART
https://rawpedia.rawtherapee.com/Color_Management#DCP

Basically a dcp profile is double-illuminant (Daylight/D50 and Tungsten/StdA) where Darktable has only a single-illuminant (Daylight/D50) and they have saturation and hue adjustments for precise colors reproduction.

Most likely every camera’s jpeg engine apply a dcp profile

As said above, brown is just dark orange. Here is the same edit as my last one, just with an added instance of color calibration to make the reds darker.
