Hello
As a beginner on this software, while testing several knots I found one simulating the sea where you can go from a calm sea to a heavy swell.
The problem is that I can’t find it any more. I’ve looked in rendering G’MIC and elsewhere, with no result.
Hi,
Natron includes the following nodes related to “wave” effects:
Hi rodlie.
Thanks for the suggestion but that’s not it.
In the settings there were 6 or 7 different settings.
I’m wondering if it was in Natron that I came across it.
I was thinking of a filter in Shotcut but it’s not there.
Could it be the SeExpr node?
Putting this into the node will give you control over the wave
cpixel(1,frame,x,y+x2*sy*sin(2*3.1416*(x/sx - x3)/x1),2)
(grabbed from here)
Tested, it’s not that. I use Natron for tracking and I edit video with Shotcut. it’s while playing with knots that I came across this sea simulator. I do a bit of 3D with Cinema4D and I know that it’s not easy to simulate a body of water with waves, hence my surprise to come across this.
I’m sorry for my writing, it’s translated from French.
Then it’s probably in the community repo(?): GitHub - NatronGitHub/natron-plugins: Natron Community Plugins. You can browse them with GitHub - rodlie/NatronPluginManager: Natron Plug-in Manager
Or is it Shadertoy? Shader - Shadertoy BETA
