send to menue of windows

Hi,
when I start Rawtherapee and load a picture, I can use the complete interface, including the browser. Very often I use the “send to” menue of windows, to open a picture with Rawtherapee and then I see a reduced interface, without the possibility to open other pictures in Rawtherapee, so I have to close Rawtherapee and send again a picture to it…
Is this normal or is there a way to work with the full menue and the sendto dialogue?

Try adding the -R switch to the sendto command. This starts RT in remote mode, means you have the filebrowser and you can open another image from send to in the already opened RT
